Thank you for shopping at Rhino Blocks! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods (such as new LEGO release drops or sales), processing may take slightly longer, and we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, and delays caused by courier partners, weather, or regional access issues are outside our control.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within South Africa and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update on the courier's website.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at rhinoblocksstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, rather than filing a claim with the courier directly. Please keep all original packaging and photograph the damaged item(s), as this evidence is required for us to file a claim on your behalf.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
